“Esquisetum room” a superior located on the upper floor where the greenery dominates. A place of absolute relaxation much appreciated in the cold seasons for the presence of a characteristic wood-burning fireplace.
“Rosa Canina Room” the whole room is furnished following the typical chromatic line of this flower which goes from mother-of-pearl gray to pink. A refined and elegant setting with a beautiful view on a majestic century-old oak.
“Biancospino Room” a double room elegant like the name of the flower that inspired it. A fairytale place where you can relax and let yourself be pampered by the rustle of the trees surrounding the estate.
“Fiordaliso Room” a romantic room on the first floor with elegant interiors that play on shades of blue that harmonize perfectly with the old France style fireplace and wooden flooring.
Superior “Sambuco Room” located on the first floor, which stands out for its vigorous colors that recall the woody essences and aromas of elderberry.
“Achillea Room” located in a private loggia on the first floor that touches the surrounding woods and trees, the fragrances of the Mediterranean scrub penetrate from the window.

The Il Sassone estate is a true paradise. Immersed in nature, located in the center of a huge park, it offers a spectacular view. Its vineyards extend from the ridge of the Collins to the base flanking the stables with the wonderful horses. There is the cellar, a building that adapts perfectly to the natural environment and offers the opportunity to enter the world of the finest wines. Above the vineyards and olive trees is the main house with lounges and kitchen furnished in a refined style. The six guest rooms, each different, the billiard room, the nearby swimming pool are additional attractions. But the strong point is in the meals, taken care of respecting and renewing the traditions by the chef Bruno. However, there is an added value that has made customers choose this estate for years: the two owners, Simona and Adriano, who, supported by an excellent staff, know how to make us all feel pampered and looked after as if we were at home.

A place is remembered because it has left something inside us, when people put their passion and strongly believe in what they are doing, Tenuta il Sassone is obtained, and quality is perceived. I sincerely thank Adriano, who spoke to us of the land about him as a young lover and sincerely revealed to us how they arrived at their product.
